All measurements in the table are body measurements, not actual helmet measurements. Use a measuring tape to measure your head circumference. The tape should sit just above the ears and wrap around the center of the forehead and the back of your skull. The EU helmet size equals the head circumference in centimeters. The helmet should sit as low as possible, and be a snug fit, so that it doesn’t move when you shake your head around.

Our My Halo Exotique collections features a curated selection of nine cruelty free vegan leather look shell coverings.

Further options include two crystal fabric top shell coverings and 13 unique ring colours, which include two exclusive brushed metallic colourways available with two radiant crystal settings and five crystal colours.

Comfort is prioritised with the Halo’s unique 360° ventilation system, plus additional ventilation on the top shell and a luxury padded removable and washable headband.

The unique Halo lattice harness has been designed to grip the occipital bone at the base of the skull, and self-adjusts to give a snug and secure fit for every ride.

A wide peak (My halo Luxe) is available to improve vision in all-weathers.

Three international safety standards (including PAS 015) combined with MIPS technology only add to the confidence you will feel when riding in your Halo.

Sizing

The My halo comes with a luxury removable headband sized in individual sizes (cm). The headband fits within the main shell of the riding helmet, which comes in small, medium and large.

The medium shell is available in wide peak (Medium Luxe).

Round fit sizing is now available in 55cm to 59cm.

The headband can be used to change the size of the helmet or to refresh the fit back to a snug ‘out of the box’ feeling.

For example, a 56cm headband can be removed from a medium shell and replaced with a new 56cm liner, or replaced with a 57cm or 58cm to ‘resize’ the helmet.

This also allows you to choose whether to wear your hair inside or outside the helmet, as you have the flexibility to switch headbands of different sizes using the same helmet.

STANDARD DELIVERY (UAE)

If you order before 1 pm on a working day (Sunday - Thursday), you can expect in most cases to receive it by the next working day. We aim to deliver all orders placed after 1 pm within the next 2 working days.

SAME DAY DELIVERY (UAE)

Orders placed before 10 am for delivery in Dubai will be delivered before 10 pm the same day for an additional fee added at checkout. If in case your order is not delivered by the same day (due to an unforeseen circumstance), the same day delivery fee will be refunded (if paid by credit card) or provided as store credit (if paid by cash on delivery).

We are able to provide same day delivery in some locations in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. If you wish to avail this, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp to see if this is possible for your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders placed before 1 pm on a working day will be shipped within 2 working days.

If you choose economy shipping, your order will usually take 6-14 days to arrive. With express shipping, delivery takes 2-7 days.

DISCLAIMER

In case of special promotions or sales, there may be a delay with shipping your order due to high volumes. Please be assured that we try our best to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Certain circumstances may also arise where our courier partner is unable to deliver on time due to Covid-19 delays, weather, remoteness of location, etc. However, all efforts will be made by Equistore.me to ensure that your package arrives as soon as possible to your address.

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, Equistore.me gives you 7 days from the delivery date in which you may contact us to return or exchange your item. Any item that you wish to return must have its tags on and be in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.

To return or exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can either:

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:

- Fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats

- Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.

- Items that have been ordered with embroidery.

- Free items - if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.

You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on. We will then arrange to collect the product and deliver a replacement for a fee of AED 15.

You should allow 3-4 working days for Equistore.me to process your return and send out a replacement.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

For orders outside of the UAE, we allow 7 days from the delivery date for you to contact us to return your item. We can assist you with this via our courier partners for an additional charge, depending on the item you wish to return. Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on for us to arrange collection.

You are also welcome to return your item with a delivery company of your choice.

Once the item has reached us, we will check it and provide store credit to its value. If we have arranged return shipping for you, the cost for this will be deducted from the value of the item returned.

Refund

All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. The amount in question will be credited to your account on our website for use against future orders. We reserve the right to object to a refund where products have been found to be damaged, faulty, with missing tags or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve all rights for minor differences in product colours and details between images and the actual products. Such details will not justify a refund claim. If you have any questions regarding these details, we advise you to contact customer service before placing an order.
