How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards via our payment gateway, PayTabs. You can also request to pay via cash on delivery upon checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Our aim is to deliver your item within the next working day (all Emirates) if your order is placed before 1 pm. All orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered within the next 2 working days.

In some cases such as immediately after national holidays or big events such as White Friday, you can expect delivery within 3 working days from the date of purchase.

Disclaimer: Certain circumstances can arise where our courier partner is unable to deliver on time due to weather, remoteness of location, etc. However, all efforts will be made by Equistore.me to ensure that your package arrives as soon as possible to your address.

How can I track my order?

Our courier partner provides a tracking number which is allocated to your order. Go to My Account, click on Orders and view the applicable order to find the tracking information for your shipment.

You will also have received an email with your tracking number, shortly after placing your order.

How can I exchange an item?

Our exchange policy covers all you need to know about this. All claims and disputes are also taken up by our customer service team who will gladly assist you with your request. You can contact them by phone or WhatsApp at +971 50 384 0435 or by email at [email protected].

Can I exchange products at my local tack shop?

Unfortunately not; all online orders will have to be exchanged through our customer service. Read more in our exchange policy.
