UAE Orders - When will I receive my order?

STANDARD DELIVERY

If you order before 1 pm on a working day (Sunday – Thursday), you can expect in most cases to receive it by the next working day. We aim to deliver all orders placed after 1 pm within the next 2 working days.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed before 10 am for delivery in Dubai will be delivered before 10 pm the same day for an additional fee added at checkout. If in case your order is not delivered by the same day (due to an unforeseen circumstance), the same day delivery fee will be refunded (if paid by credit card) or provided as store credit (if paid by cash on delivery).

We are able to provide same day delivery in some locations in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. If you wish to avail this, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp to see if this is possible for your location.

In case of special promotions or sales, there may be a delay with shipping your order due to high volumes. Please be assured that we try our best to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Certain circumstances may also arise where our courier partner is unable to deliver on time due to Covid-19 delays, weather, remoteness of location, etc. However, all efforts will be made by equistore.me to ensure that your package arrives as soon as possible to your address.

All orders placed before 1 pm on a working day will be shipped within 2 working days.

If you choose economy shipping, your order will usually take 6-14 days to arrive. With express shipping, delivery takes 2-7 days.

We accept all major credit cards via our payment gateway, PayTabs. You can also request to pay via cash on delivery upon checkout.

Our courier partner provides a tracking number which is allocated to your order. Go to My Account, click on Orders and view the applicable order to find the tracking information for your shipment.

You will also have received an email with your tracking number, shortly after placing your order.
