EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, as we aim to pick and ship all orders within 12-24 hours of receiving them. A full refund in the form of store credit or as otherwise agreed can be provided based on the product(s) cancelled and shipping charges may be charged based on any items added due to changes.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, quistore.me gives you 7 days from the delivery date in which you may contact us to return or exchange your item. Any item that you wish to return must have its tags on and be in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.
To return an item that you have purchased online, you can either:

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:
Fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats
Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.
Items that have been ordered with embroidery.
Free items – if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.
You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.
Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on. We will then arrange to collect the product and deliver a replacement for a fee of AED 15.
You should allow 3-4 working days for Equistore.me to process your return and send out a replacement.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
For orders outside of the UAE, we allow 7 days from the delivery date for you to contact us to return your item. We can assist you with this via our courier partners for an additional charge, depending on the item you wish to return. Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on for us to arrange collection.
You are also welcome to return your item with a delivery company of your choice.
Once the item has reached us, we will check it and provide store credit to its value. If we have arranged return shipping for you, the cost for this will be deducted from the value of the item returned.
All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. The amount in question will be credited to your account on our website for use against future orders. We reserve the right to object to a refund where products have been found to be damaged, faulty, with missing tags or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve all rights for minor differences in product colors and details between images and the actual products. Such details will not justify a refund claim. If you have any questions regarding these details, we advise you to contact customer service before placing an order.
