EXCHANGE POLICY

The below conditions apply to orders shipped within the UAE. For deliveries to other countries, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp.

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, Equistore.me gives you 7 days from the delivery date in which you may exchange your item. You may return any non-sale item as long as it still has its tags on and is in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:

  • Any fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats

  • Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.

  • Items that have been ordered with embroidery.

  • Free items – if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.

HOW TO RETURN

To return an item that you have purchased online, you can either:

  • Go to My Account and click on Orders. Open the applicable order and select Ask for a Refund*.

We’ll then arrange to collect the product from the delivery location for a fee of AED 15.

It is important that you provide us with sufficient information about your reason for returning the product. You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.

EXCHANGE

You may exchange an item to a different size or colour. If we are unable to provide the size and/or colour you require, you will be offered an alternative or a refund of the amount as store credit. You must cover the cost of return shipping; however, Equistore.me will send you the replacement free of charge, once per order. If you ask for further exchanges, Equistore.me will charge the standard delivery rate. You should allow 3-4 working days for Equistore.me to process your return and send out a replacement.

*REFUND

All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. The amount in question will be credited to your account on our website for use against future orders. We reserve the right to object to a refund where products have been found to be damaged, faulty, with missing tags or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve all rights for minor differences in product colours and details between images and the actual products. Such details will not justify a refund claim. If you have any questions regarding these details, we advise you to contact customer service before placing an order.
