100% designed and made in Italy. The CROMO 2.0 model is the evolution of the Cromo helmet. Also available in different finishes and colour variations, CROMO 2.0 gives the rider access to further independent customization options, even after purchase. An innovative mechanical interlocking system allows the rider to replace both the front and rear inserts and the visor in just few simple steps. The outer shell is both lightweight and resistant thanks to the polycarbonate in-moulding design. The aggressive and elegant ventilation grille is available with both colour contrast and tone-on-tone finishes.

The KEP AIR CONTROL SYSTEM is enhanced with additional ventilation slits at the back, to ensure greater breathability and better internal temperature control. The hand-stitched genuine leather strap maintains the five attachment points for a more stable fit.The new padding, with improved comfort and breathability, is in soft fabric made from eco-green raw materials. It can still be removed and hand washed or machine washed at 30°. You can customize your unique helmet with gorgeous freehand airbrushing or other techniques.

UNLIMITED CUSTOMIZATION & SWITCH BETWEEN DISCIPLINE

The peak can be easily removed and changed by the customer who can switch from jumping to polo, from jockey to cross with great facilities. Front and rear panels can be removed and replaced by the rider to profit benefit from unlimited personalization, following daily mood.

DESIGN

KEP Italia traditional feature, made of clean lines and essential geometries, is enriched by a new grid with contrasting finishing and a ventilation opening on the back. The new chinstrap, made of technical materials and real leather, shaped in a single piece, highlights the quality and elegance of the helmet. The internal liner with new colours and design grants the best comfort as ever.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

Selected materials and innovative design exclude the use of synthetic glues. The internal liner made of recycled fabric grants a perfect transpiration and sweating. KEP Italia is strongly engaged in environmental sustainability promotion by choosing recycled raw materials, when possible, and by environmentally friendly habits in daily activity.

The KEP Italia size system consists of 2 different Shell which are suitable for the different liner sizes. Below you can see which sizes of liner fit the different KEP Italia scales.

Shell M is suitable for a liner size 51 up to and including 58
Shell L is suitable for a liner size 59 up to and including 62.

STANDARD DELIVERY (UAE)

If you order before 1 pm on a working day (Sunday - Thursday), you can expect in most cases to receive it by the next working day. We aim to deliver all orders placed after 1 pm within the next 2 working days.

SAME DAY DELIVERY (UAE)

Orders placed before 10 am for delivery in Dubai will be delivered before 10 pm the same day for an additional fee added at checkout. If in case your order is not delivered by the same day (due to an unforeseen circumstance), the same day delivery fee will be refunded (if paid by credit card) or provided as store credit (if paid by cash on delivery).

We are able to provide same day delivery in some locations in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. If you wish to avail this, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp to see if this is possible for your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders placed before 1 pm on a working day will be shipped within 2 working days.

If you choose economy shipping, your order will usually take 6-14 days to arrive. With express shipping, delivery takes 2-7 days.

In case of special promotions or sales, there may be a delay with shipping your order due to high volumes. Please be assured that we try our best to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Certain circumstances may also arise where our courier partner is unable to deliver on time due to Covid-19 delays, weather, remoteness of location, etc. However, all efforts will be made by Equistore.me to ensure that your package arrives as soon as possible to your address.

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, Equistore.me gives you 7 days from the delivery date in which you may contact us to return or exchange your item. Any item that you wish to return must have its tags on and be in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.

To return or exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can either:

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:

- Fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats

- Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.

- Items that have been ordered with embroidery.

- Free items - if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.

You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on. We will then arrange to collect the product and deliver a replacement for a fee of AED 15.

You should allow 3-4 working days for Equistore.me to process your return and send out a replacement.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

For orders outside of the UAE, we allow 7 days from the delivery date for you to contact us to return your item. We can assist you with this via our courier partners for an additional charge, depending on the item you wish to return. Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on for us to arrange collection.

You are also welcome to return your item with a delivery company of your choice.

Once the item has reached us, we will check it and provide store credit to its value. If we have arranged return shipping for you, the cost for this will be deducted from the value of the item returned.

Refund

All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. The amount in question will be credited to your account on our website for use against future orders. We reserve the right to object to a refund where products have been found to be damaged, faulty, with missing tags or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve all rights for minor differences in product colours and details between images and the actual products. Such details will not justify a refund claim. If you have any questions regarding these details, we advise you to contact customer service before placing an order.
