Charles Owen’s helmet range caters for every head shape. If one helmet model doesn’t feel quite right, try a Round Fit version or another model.

How to size your head for a riding helmet

Using a soft fabric measuring tape, wrap it around the widest part of your head (over your hair).

It should follow a line about ^3/4 inch above your eyebrows, just above the ear line and around the bump at the back of your head.

Take the measurement in centimetres (cm) and repeat a couple of times for the most accurate sizing.

Unlike most other helmet brands which rely on adjustable or broad size ranges (small/medium/large), Charles Owen sizing is very specific because that ensures the safest and most comfortable fit.

The Charles Owen SP8 Plus helmet provides sun protection with a specially designed brim to shade the entire face and upper neck.

The deep, wide brim of this Charles Owen SP8 Plus helmet provides an exceptionally flattering look along with its incredible coverage. The SP8 Plus Helmet is a more effective wide brim helmet as it dips down at the sides rather than looking like a polo helmet.

A low profile helmet featuring all the best technology of the Ayr8® Plus as well as the specially designed wider and deeper peak, the SP8 Plus shades the whole face and upper neck.

Front and rear ventilation slots combined with the ‘Free Fit’ system (a system that pairs the frontal air channel and Coolmax® mesh to increase cooling and evaporation and perspiration).

The GRpx^® technology harness takes the superb fit to the next level. The helmet’s side panels are covered in microfibre suede or leather look in black or navy. Thermoregulation paint for the centre panel is available in silver, along with traditional black or navy.

STANDARD DELIVERY (UAE)

If you order before 1 pm on a working day (Sunday - Thursday), you can expect in most cases to receive it by the next working day. We aim to deliver all orders placed after 1 pm within the next 2 working days.

SAME DAY DELIVERY (UAE)

Orders placed before 10 am for delivery in Dubai will be delivered before 10 pm the same day for an additional fee added at checkout. If in case your order is not delivered by the same day (due to an unforeseen circumstance), the same day delivery fee will be refunded (if paid by credit card) or provided as store credit (if paid by cash on delivery).

We are able to provide same day delivery in some locations in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. If you wish to avail this, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp to see if this is possible for your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders placed before 1 pm on a working day will be shipped within 2 working days.

If you choose economy shipping, your order will usually take 6-14 days to arrive. With express shipping, delivery takes 2-7 days.

DISCLAIMER

In case of special promotions or sales, there may be a delay with shipping your order due to high volumes. Please be assured that we try our best to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Certain circumstances may also arise where our courier partner is unable to deliver on time due to Covid-19 delays, weather, remoteness of location, etc. However, all efforts will be made by Equistore.me to ensure that your package arrives as soon as possible to your address.

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, Equistore.me gives you 7 days from the delivery date in which you may contact us to return or exchange your item. Any item that you wish to return must have its tags on and be in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.

To return or exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can either:

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:

- Fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats

- Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.

- Items that have been ordered with embroidery.

- Free items - if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.

You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on. We will then arrange to collect the product and deliver a replacement for a fee of AED 15.

You should allow 3-4 working days for Equistore.me to process your return and send out a replacement.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

For orders outside of the UAE, we allow 7 days from the delivery date for you to contact us to return your item. We can assist you with this via our courier partners for an additional charge, depending on the item you wish to return. Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on for us to arrange collection.

You are also welcome to return your item with a delivery company of your choice.

Once the item has reached us, we will check it and provide store credit to its value. If we have arranged return shipping for you, the cost for this will be deducted from the value of the item returned.

Refund

All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. The amount in question will be credited to your account on our website for use against future orders. We reserve the right to object to a refund where products have been found to be damaged, faulty, with missing tags or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve all rights for minor differences in product colours and details between images and the actual products. Such details will not justify a refund claim. If you have any questions regarding these details, we advise you to contact customer service before placing an order.
