Kentaur Spring Hill Bridle is made with an English noseband of high Italian leather. The Bridle has a padded crown strap with rubber reins and hook studs at the end.

While bridle sizes generally will fit horse sizes according to the size chart, horse head sizes do vary, and we recommend that you test the bridle without removing the tags first.
When the bridle is on, there should be a hand’s width between the chin strap and the horse’s jaw, two fingers’ width between the noseband and the horse’s nose, and you should be able to fit two fingers under the browband. The browband must not be so tight that it pinches behind the horse’s ears; neither should it be so long that it pulls the bridle forward.

STANDARD DELIVERY (UAE)
If you order before 1 pm on a working day (Sunday - Thursday), you can expect in most cases to receive it by the next working day. We aim to deliver all orders placed after 1 pm within the next 2 working days.
SAME DAY DELIVERY (UAE)
Orders placed before 10 am for delivery in Dubai will be delivered before 10 pm the same day for an additional fee added at checkout. If in case your order is not delivered by the same day (due to an unforeseen circumstance), the same day delivery fee will be refunded (if paid by credit card) or provided as store credit (if paid by cash on delivery).
We are able to provide same day delivery in some locations in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. If you wish to avail this, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp to see if this is possible for your location.
All orders placed before 1 pm on a working day will be shipped within 2 working days.
If you choose economy shipping, your order will usually take 6-14 days to arrive. With express shipping, delivery takes 2-7 days.
In case of special promotions or sales, there may be a delay with shipping your order due to high volumes. Please be assured that we try our best to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Certain circumstances may also arise where our courier partner is unable to deliver on time due to Covid-19 delays, weather, remoteness of location, etc. However, all efforts will be made by Equistore.me to ensure that your package arrives as soon as possible to your address.
If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, Equistore.me gives you 7 days from the delivery date in which you may contact us to return or exchange your item. Any item that you wish to return must have its tags on and be in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:
- Fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats
- Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.
- Items that have been ordered with embroidery.
- Free items - if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.
You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on. We will then arrange to collect the product and deliver a replacement for a fee of AED 15.
You should allow 3-4 working days for Equistore.me to process your return and send out a replacement.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
For orders outside of the UAE, we allow 7 days from the delivery date for you to contact us to return your item. We can assist you with this via our courier partners for an additional charge, depending on the item you wish to return. Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging and with its tags on for us to arrange collection.
You are also welcome to return your item with a delivery company of your choice.
Once the item has reached us, we will check it and provide store credit to its value. If we have arranged return shipping for you, the cost for this will be deducted from the value of the item returned.
All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. The amount in question will be credited to your account on our website for use against future orders. We reserve the right to object to a refund where products have been found to be damaged, faulty, with missing tags or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve all rights for minor differences in product colours and details between images and the actual products. Such details will not justify a refund claim.
