Size Chart for Horze Body Protector
All measurements in the table are body measurements, not actual garment measurements. The following measurements should be taken for finding the correct size:
- A. Chest girth
- B. Waist girth
- C. Over shoulder length (waist to waist)
It is vital that the body protector selected is correctly fitted and is comfortable to wear in all simulated riding positions. The back of the protector should not touch the saddle during riding. Body Protectors are designed to be worn over light clothing, they should be a snug reasonably tight fit so that they do not move during activity. When correctly fitted your body protector should cover the following areas of the body:
- The whole circumference of the torso.
- The front should reach at least 25 mm below the last rib without bending into a riding position being inhibited.
- The top of the back of the protector should just reach the prominent bone at the base of the neck (seventh cervical vertebra).

Our aim is to deliver your item within the next working day (all Emirates) if your order is placed before 1 pm. All orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered within the next 2 working days. In some cases such as immediately after national holidays or big events such as White Friday, you can expect delivery within 3 working days from the date of purchase.

Returns & Exchange
The below conditions apply to orders shipped within the UAE. For deliveries to other countries, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp. If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, Equistore.me gives you 7 days from the delivery date in which you may exchange your item. You may return any non-sale item as long as it still has its tags on and is in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you. We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases: Any fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way. Items that have been ordered with embroidery. Free items – if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.
How to Return
To return an item that you have purchased online, you can either: Go to My Account and click on Orders. Open the applicable order and select Ask for a Refund*. Contact +971503840435 on WhatsApp or email [email protected] We’ll then arrange to collect the product from the delivery location for a fee of AED 15. It is important that you provide us with sufficient information about your reason for returning the product. You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.
Exchange
You may exchange an item to a different size or colour. If we are unable to provide the size and/or colour you require, you will be offered an alternative or a refund of the amount as store credit. You must cover the cost of return shipping; however, Equistore.me will send you the replacement free of charge, once per order. If you ask for further exchanges, Equistore.me will charge the standard delivery rate. You should allow 3-4 working days for Equistore.me to process your return and send out a replacement.
